Audi Brand Specialist (Beaverton Location)

Position: Audi Brand Specialist                  

Reports to: Sales Manager 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify specific needs of each client
  • Match and present vehicle(s) that suit their needs
  • Negotiate the sale
  • Provide a vehicle orientation post sale to acclimate clients with their new Audi
  • Develop Audi Beaverton's portfolio by networking with your new clients and also reaching out to previous clients of Audi Beaverton

Additional Responsibilities

  • Present vehicles at Auto Shows, off site displays and events
  • Participate in outbound marketing efforts e.g. writing articles, participating in creation of how-to videos, etc. as needed and requested

Requirements

  • All candidates must be available to work Saturday and Sunday with two days off between Monday & Friday. Must be a legal resident of the United States. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable safe driving record as well as pass a drug & background screen.

Desired Skills & Experience Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or Marketing preferred. High School Diploma is required.
  • This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Automotive experience preferred. Qualifying experience in other industries will also be considered.
  • Specialized skills, knowledge and certifications: General knowledge of automotive products, self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks and computer skills.
  • This position requires fluent use of the internet, writing and receiving emails, Microsoft Office products, blogging, social media and ability to learn and use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product.

Audi Service Technician

Position:  Technician                        

Reports to: Service Manager & Shop Foreman

Job Summary

The technician is to perform repairs and services on guest vehicle. The job encompasses the following of policies and procedures while maintaining a professional environment with accurate performance of the designated duties

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.
  • Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
  • Listen to customer's reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
  • Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customer's concerns.
  • Properly document the three "C"s on each and every repair order
  • Ensure correct pricing for all customer pay and internal operations using the appropriate labor pricing guide.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives set by management.
  • Provide additional vehicle problem/complaint information to the service staff as needed.
  • Maintain communications with the service staff regarding job status changes.
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Follow "order of repair"
  • Be dressed and ready to work before your start time
  • Perform all repairs and maintenance according to the proper repair instructions, TSB's, service circulars, and required updates when applicable.
  • Perform QC of all service and repair performed
  • Follow shop policy and procedures
  • Perform work as handed out by dispatch, foreman, or service management
  • Provide parts department with proper information to correctly estimate and order parts
  • Keep shop foreman and service staff informed of any and all concerns that result in longer repair times
  • Keep promise times and inform service staff and dispatch in a timely manner if promise times cannot be met
  • Perform inspections on all vehicles
  • Return all warranty parts
